With a bright room concept and the use of leading technologies and machines, we at Dornbusch have created the foundation for our employees to implement your demanding projects precisely and efficiently. We have high-performance 5-axis milling machines from F. Zimmermann, Reiden, DMG MORI and Hermle as well as 3-axis milling machines from Mikron and DMG MORI. With a working area of up to 6,000 x 3,000 x 1,500 mm, this machinery enables us to manufacture large components with complex geometries and the finest details to meet your requirements. Thanks to our IXION TL2 5-axis deep-hole drilling and milling machine from Auerbach, deep-hole drilling of up to 2,400 mm is no challenge for us. We use modern measurement technology to ensure the quality of our products. With Stiefelmayer measuring machines, we ensure complete control and documentation of your components. Because accuracy of fit and functionality are important to you and to us, every mould and every tool is checked on a Reis TUS 125 spotting press before leaving the production halls and optimized if necessary. We also have an Olbrich hot press with up to 400 tons of pressure in use so that we can reproduce your processes in our company true to series production.
