Central innovation program for SMEs
In the search for new technologies in mould construction and the optimization of quality management, we maintain good cooperation with research partners from industry and science. Since 2019, we have been contributing our expertise to the development of new tool train technologies as part of ZIM projects.
Associations
Since the early 1920s, Wilhelm Dornbusch and his model joinery had been organized in the Association of Model Manufacturers in Germany.
The reconstruction of the guilds after the Second World War was followed in 1967 by the founding of the Federal Guild Association of the German Model Making Trade, now known as the Model and Mold Making Trade. Dornbusch has been actively represented there from the very beginning.
Heinz Weiss chaired the Wage Policy Committee for many years, Ludwig Weiss chaired the Business Administration Committee for several years and was active on the Federal Executive Board.
