Wilhelm Dornbusch already knew that the best employees are ideally trained in their own company. At the beginning of the company’s history, they were model makers. In the course of progress, the profession of precision mechanic took center stage. Dornbusch regularly takes on its own apprentices with the appropriate qualifications.

Almost 100 years of Dornbusch also means a large number of apprentices who have become important employees in the course of their careers – right up to plant management. Josef Bruder, the first apprentice, worked for Dornbusch for 50 years. His son Helmut also worked at Dornbusch from his apprenticeship until he retired. His son also studied here. Many employees have brought their family members into the company. The result is a genuine family business. We train precision mechanics and cutting machine operators. With the right commitment in our hearts, we look forward to welcoming every new employee. Our company has a tradition of taking on almost 100% of journeymen. You can expect a supportive working atmosphere with a promising future: we maintain an internal exchange on an equal footing. Our trainees can use modern learning materials and practical training workpieces for their vocational training. From August 2024 we are looking for YOU as an apprentice precision mechanic or cutting machine operator!
