Dornbusch GmbH is a fourth-generation, family-run company in the field of mold, tool and test gauge construction. With our wide range of products, we supply well-known suppliers to the automotive and plastics industries. At our new location in the catchment area of the Rhein-Sieg and Altenkirchen districts, we work with a motivated team of currently 54 employees.

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

Your CAM programs are the foundation for successful machine production. You know which strategy you need to use to create 2.5D and 3D contour parts so that an error-free component is produced on the CNC machining center in the optimum time.
Close communication with your team colleagues, the design department and work preparation is important to you.
You analyze the production process and are happy to make suggestions on how it can be improved (CIP).
You know that you bear a great deal of responsibility for the result in machining and therefore for the overall success of each individual project. That’s why you work carefully and help to standardize the process. You create appropriate documentation for the machining process.

WHEN YOU FIT IN WITH US

Ideally, you already have several years of experience as a CAM programmer and understand the requirements of our customers. Even better, you are already familiar with Tebis software and have created programs for mold and die making or single part production.
Before you became a programmer, you had already demonstrated your skills on the CNC machine for several years.
You are a real team player. One for all, all for one – that is your and our motto.
If there’s ever a need, you’re not too bad to help out in machine production.
