By 1925, the business was already doing well and the model joinery was relocated from Happerschoß to Hennef, which had better transport links. Wilhelm Dornbusch buys a residential building with a small workshop on the site of a former fountain pen factory. On November 1, 1925, the entire family business moves to its former location on the corner of Siegfeldstrasse and Kronprinzenstrasse in Hennef.
